The Corn Silage Machine is used to chop silage corn for silage making. The machine has reached its current excellent level thanks to the experiences gained over many years. The low power requirement and durability of the machine are the result of these experiences. To achieve the best result from silage, both the stalks and cobs of the corn plant need to be chopped very well. The feeding unit of the corn silage machine, with a fan equipped with chopping blades, ensures the best quality chopping by feeding at the correct angle. The fan, with 10 specially hardened blades, rotates at approximately 1500 rpm. There are two feeding drums and two pressure drums to ensure that the corn reaches the chopping fan vertically in the correct angles. The secret to the machine's low power requirement and short chopping length lies here. An easily accessible safety bolt is placed in a convenient location to protect the feeding unit. This bolt protects the feeding unit from damage that may occur due to soil, stones, and foreign objects entering while the unit is operating in poor conditions. Additionally, by adjusting the working height with height-adjustable wheels while operating, the risk of picking up soil and stones in poor conditions is reduced. The power transmission of the machine is provided by a splined shaft and 4 V-belts. The belt tensioning process can be easily done manually on the machine. The movement transmission to the feeding unit is provided through maintenance-free gears working in an oil bath. The sharpening of the chopping blades can be easily done through the sharpening unit on the machine. The rotation of the chute is provided by a hydraulic piston, and the angle of the chute from which the chopped pieces are ejected can be adjusted manually with a lever attached to the tractor. The height of the machine can be reduced by folding the upper part of the two-piece chute. Additionally, there are warning stickers on the machine in accordance with standards.
