1.A. EMPTY VIOL FEEDING: It is the mechanism that fills the waiting empty viols in replace of the finished viols in the viol magazine with the drive it receives from the chassis engine.Empty Viol Feeding is an important mechanism that does not exist in imported machines as it supports the rapid production of the machine and reduces the extra labor cost of the machine.
1.B. VIOL MAGAZINE: It is a rigid and fast production section that does not require an extra piston mechanism compared to imported machines.A simple and fast mechanism system has been developed instead of the piston mechanism that causes sticking problems in the aforementioned imported machines.
1.C. VIOL FILLING TANK: With its large peat filling capacity, it is the mechanism that prevents the peat feeding motor from working for a long time, and provides the filling of the trays with peat, which is supported by limit switches and v optical sensors. The system consisting of PVC tape and drive gears is supported by the cover mechanism, eliminating the need for an extra motor. This feature eliminates peat loss.
1.D. VIOL CARRYING HELIX: It consists of a system designed to prevent problems that may occur in the machine in the use of moist peat by using a spiral system instead of a belt or chain system compared to imported machines. It is the helix that transfers the peat waiting in the mixer and feeding tank to the viol filling tank.
1.E. PEAT COMPRESSOR: It consists of a cylindrical system in which the peat filling tightness of the openable viol can be adjusted by the width of the viol. Its function is the mechanism for the equal and smooth compression of the peat in the viol after the viol filling tank.
1.F. VIOL FEED: It is a V-shaped mechanism that ensures that the excess peat in the center is distributed evenly on the edges of the viol and the excess peat is transferred to the feeding tank, and there are adjustment mechanisms based on the width and height of the viol. It is the mechanical system that cleans the excess parts of the compressed peat in the viol.
2.A. COMPRESSION: It is a mechanism consisting of plastic tips that can reach the speed of the cylindrical machine with depth adjustment that prepares the seed bed of viols filled with peat. Compared to imported products, its oil change is easy and it is designed to adapt to continuous and fast production. It is a system that is used to prepare the seed beds before seeding and is specified as a tracer in the literature.
2.B. SEED DROP:It consists of a drum seed sowing section named as DRUM. In this section, it consists of double dredging system consisting of misfire units and blowing rods, seeds, seed dropping unit, vacuum separator system and servo motor systems. This section, which was used as 2 mm in imported machines, was increased to 30 mm by upgrading the material strength and mechanism system. The machine lifetime is extended. Again, since it is determined that the misfire units in imported products are insufficient, it is aimed to increase the single drop quality rate by developing misfire units. With the servo motor system and the drum diameter, the seed sowing speed has been doubled compared the imported products. Compression- It is the part that performs the seed dropping function after the seed beds are opened and it works with plc control and servo motor system. Some parts of the holes in the drums will be made of brass material against clogging and scratches. With the hole cleaning mechanism at high pressure, it is aimed to plant/drop even small seeds.
3.A. VERMICULITE: It consists of a large-volume tank that ensures the completion of the planting process by covering the viols with vermiculite after the seed sowing process is completed, and a vermiculite drum that provides balanced vermiculite dropping. It is aimed to determine the amount of material by covering the part of the vermiculite tank on the user's side with transparent mica. In addition, automatic filling is aimed with the silo filling sensor fixed in the tank. A large tank capacity and automatic feeding unit have been added to eliminate the need for extra labor during the use of the seed dropping machine, which is designed with quality materials suitable to high speeds. It is a section with adjustment mechanisms added in order to reduce the consumption of vermiculite and increase the quality of seedlings.
3.B. IRRIGATION:It is the section where free-fall systems have been developed compared to imported products by using a high-pressure nozzle system, and the viol life line water is covered with vermiculite. It consists of the sections designed to to irrigate the viols in a balanced and even way by increasing the the distance in the life line water. In addition, automation has been completed with a solenoid valve in the parts where the viol does not come, and excess water consumption is prevented. Mechanisms inside the closed chamber are designed as closed so that the life line water cannot slide out and prevent any interference from outside. It is aimed to transfer the excess life line water filtered from the viol to the relevant part of the seedling with the discharge tank located under the system.
3.C. STACK: It is the section that performs multi-packaging in line with the customer's needs so that the excess water of the watered viols can be drained and properly arranged on the pallets. The stacking section, which is supported by the switch and sensor, consisting of the piston system, ensures the continuity of the multi-packaging, and it is supported by different mechanisms from the imported products in a way that the high-speed machine can meet the needs.
3.D. VERMICULITE – FEED:This system, which is not available in imported products, consists of a helix system that allows the machine to operate at high speeds, and transfers the vermiculite from the lower vermiculite tank to the upper vermiculite filling - capping tank. It is a system that has been developed by adding mechanisms in line with the needs of the customer, preventing the continuous operation of the helix motor, which will be guided by the software of the silo filling sensor in the vermiculite filling tank.
4.A. ROLL CHASSIS: It consists of sections with a large volume consisting of existing rolls, where the viols that are lined up and in a row are transferred to the packages after the stacking section that provides multi-packaging. It is designed in a large volume in order to enable the machine to operate at high speed, which is expected to drain the last remaining excess water before sending the viols to the germination chamber.
5.A. CRUSHER: It is the section consisting of crusher blades that provide shredding so that the pressed peat can be mixed homogeneously with vermiculite and perlite. It is a system that fully meets the needs of the customer, which is not available in imported machines, and consists of mechanisms with high capacities, which allow the peat to be dispersed into the mixer in the form of particles and work with the engine of the mixer tank.
5.B. MIXER: It is the part driven by its own motor, consisting of a mixing helix and humidification unit designed for high-capacity production compared to imported products. The mixer part is also the section where excess peat accumulates, has been designed in appropriate length and width to prevent pollution and peat waste, and has been developed in line with the needs of the user, where vermiculite, peat, perlite are mixed and transferred to the viol filling tank.
