The Tuna Big-Bag Filling System is designed to operate under industrial heavy conditions. Semi-finished products in the factory area can be bagged as Big-Bags. The system consists of a sturdy body, hydraulic lift, weighing unit, transport unit, and control panel.

In the weighing system section, an SB stainless steel load cell, Tuna T360L Indicator are used. It can fill up to a capacity of 0 kg - 2,000 kg. The system is hydraulic and an Automatic Weighing Big-Bag Filling System. The system has the ability to fill at a capacity of 20-40 t/h with a precision of 1/1000.

It is designed to be used in full industrial and heavy conditions. With its hydraulic system, it ensures that the product filled sits securely. After filling, Big-Bags can be easily transferred thanks to the euro pallet design. It is a system without space and height problems. With the control panel on it, daily, weekly, monthly.. weighing information can be obtained, these weight information is automatically saved to a flash drive or transmitted to weight information systems such as MRP, SAP via ethernet.
