Our CNC multi-wire foam cutting machines are equipped with single to multiple cutting wires, designed for the computer-controlled cutting of 2D contours from styrofoam, polystyrene (EPS, XPS), and other foams.

Our CNC Hot Wire Cutting series machines are manufactured in Turkey. The machine main frame is welded, painted steel profiles, and sheet metals produced. Equipped with high-tech automation systems, it is an extremely stable machine. Each axis of the machine has independent motor and drivers, with a capacity of 1 wire up to 30 wires. The dual-axis design of all axes ensures more robust and stable operation of the machines, screw drive system and linear guides make the movement of moving parts fast and smooth, maintaining precision in all work areas. The tension of the cutting wire is controlled by springs on both sides.

VDM CNC Machine CNC Hot Wire Cutting machines series are industrial machines that enable high-volume production of materials such as styrofoam, building insulation, decorative profiles, EPS, XPS, protective foams, packaging, furniture, and other structural components.

In multi-wire foam cutters, all wires are cut along their entire lengths and the temperature of the wires is kept constant, whether at the sides or in the middle. Even if the foam wire is shorter than hot wire, the cutting result remains the same regardless of its orientation.

With the software we have prepared, the use of the machine is very easy and user-friendly. In addition, we provide training to learn all settings and features of the machine thoroughly to ensure you get the most out of your machine. In these trainings, practical information is provided on operating the machine, using the software, and setting up the cutting parameters.

The cutting wire of our CNC E-series machine operates at a constant temperature when working with styrofoam foams with a digital temperature control unit. The machine has automatic start-stop, heat opening and closing features. There is a digital current control including a microprocessor that controls the temperature of the wires. Therefore, cuts are made cleanly and accurately.

Optionally, conveyors and rollers can be added to the machines to make them move. This provides ease of material transportation after cutting, increasing efficiency and reducing downtime to clean the machine.

These machines are suitable for cutting Styrofoam and polystyrene (EPS, XPS) blocks.
