Flüssigkeitstanks
Flüssigkeitslagerungstanks
| In VOLDE's wide range of dosing and recipe automation systems, there are liquid tanks made of epoxy-coated carbon steel or stainless steel, which many industries require. These tanks are produced in horizontal or vertical configurations with unique designs tailored to customer and process needs and suitable for consumption volumes determined specifically for them. Equipped with equipment and sensors, they work in perfect harmony with automation systems, offering efficient filling and emptying operations with gear, centrifugal, and diaphragm pump options. The tanks, which can also be equipped with advanced weighing systems, can precisely measure the amount of liquid inside. Not only storage tanks, but also stirred tanks and reactors are manufactured.
Tanks are equipped with level sensors for users to monitor the liquid level inside the tank.
Temperature fluctuations can affect the quality and properties of many substances. Therefore, some tanks are designed with integrated heating or cooling jackets to provide temperature control.
Liquid tanks include features such as mechanisms for preventing overfilling to manage internal pressure for ensuring occupational safety, pressure relief valves, and grounding systems to prevent the accumulation of electrostatic charge.

Stirred Tanks
| Stirred tanks are designed for homogeneous mixing of various liquids and are used in the food, chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and many other industries. Products with customized design and functionality are being developed to meet application needs. Tanks are made of stainless steel or epoxy-coated carbon steel for superior corrosion resistance. Depending on the desired mixing, different types of agitators such as anchor type, impeller, and disc are found in the tanks and are optimized for liquid properties. They provide a wide range of capacities from small-scale laboratory tanks to large-scale industrial tanks. Some tank models are equipped with heating or cooling jackets for applications requiring the content to be kept at a specific temperature.
Liquid Tank Features
| Liquid tanks can be made from various durable materials. Depending on the application, they are manufactured from stainless steel, carbon steel, or carbon steel reinforced with epoxy coating for additional durability.
Many liquid tanks are used not only for storage but also for mixing purposes. The mixing mechanism can be a simple anchor or impeller style for basic mixing tasks.
These tanks are designed for efficiency and generally have multiple flanged inlets for filling, emptying, and sampling of stored materials when needed.
Some chemicals or products can release gases, making ventilation critically important. Properly designed tanks allow these gases to be safely vented, maintaining the integrity of stored materials and ensuring safety.
