FİMAK Electric Multi-deck Oven is designed to allow each deck to operate independently. With special alloy base stones and specially designed ceramic resistance heating system, it evenly distributes heat and ensures uniform baking. Temperature (bottom and top temperature inside each deck) and steam time can be adjusted differently for each deck according to requirements, allowing different products to be baked on each deck. There is a proofing chamber under the oven with adjustable temperature and humidity for proofing before baking. It can be used as a single deck and modular, additional deck, hood, and proofing chamber can be added depending on the need. It provides low energy consumption. It can be easily moved to desired location with its wheels.
