ASE GRC 200 FC is a machine designed for pumping alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete mortars.

It has the technical features to meet all kinds of needs for precast spraying applications.

It is placed on a robust chassis.

Thanks to its durable wheels, it can be easily moved within the working environment.

With the boom attached to this chassis, mortar hoses and glass fibers can be easily moved during spraying, facilitating the use of the spray gun.

The pump system used in the machines is a progressive screw pump, which ensures that the mortar is delivered more homogeneously without clumping.

With this feature, it is superior to machines operating with a peristaltic pump system.

Thanks to the frequency converter, the pumping capacity can be adjusted to the desired rate at any time according to the material's requirements and the type of application.

In the FCL model, the integrated pneumatic lifting mechanism makes it easier to fill the bunker with the mixed material.

With the vibrating sieve, it ensures that the material is applied to the desired standards.

All necessary functions are designed on the control panel to facilitate use.

Pneumatic control allows the pump to be started and stopped from the spray gun.

Precise air adjustments can be made separately for each function, and there is a separate manometer for each.

The high-capacity pump tank is specially designed with the necessary angle for smooth material flow.
