The Castellvall Filet 611 meat slicing machine is designed for excellent slicing precision and high efficiency, making it suitable for effective use in both large and small production facilities. It can effectively slice food items such as cured cooked sausages, salamis, deli products, cheeses, cold fresh meats, and vegetable products between -22°C and +2°C.
