Key Features:

1. Gezer Çene (Moving Jaw) Packaging System:

• Standard Model: Products are placed between the feed unit and pallets before being directed into the packaging area.
• The wrapping process is done using a rotating disk, followed by bottom sealing. The product is then transferred to the gezer çene (moving jaw) system, where the top seal is applied.
• Once sealed, the product is formed into a pillow pack and conveyed to the next stage for packaging into boxes.
• Optional product counting can be done for both left and right boxes.

2. Ters Gezer Çene (Reverse Moving Jaw) Packaging System:

• Products are placed into the packaging film in the same manner as the standard model, with guidelines or logos helping align the product properly.
• Bottom sealing is performed by the disk group, followed by top sealing using the moving jaw system, resulting in a pillow pack.
• Packaged products are transferred to the output conveyor for collection into boxes.

3. Pillow Packaging (3-Side Seal):

• Pillow packs are a 3-side sealed packaging format, widely used due to their low film cost and high speed of production.
• Most preferred packaging method in many industries due to its efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
