Tuna SDM Liquid Filling Machines are designed to make precise fillings with stainless steel accumulation bunker, robust chassis-structure, and Tuna NZL - dual stage nozzle. It achieves standard can, jerrycan, and similar liquid fillings with a precision of 1/1000. It is user-oriented with options for top and bottom fillings. Precise fillings are made from 10kg to 60kg and above in can and jerrycan fillings.

It is possible to adjust the desired height with manual - automatic flywheel handle - adjustment unit. Fast and precise serial fillings are carried out with the dual stage-stainless Tuna NZL-nozzle unit. Options include Tuna SDM1 (single), Tuna SDM2 (double), Tuna SDM3 (triple), Tuna SDM (quadruple).

It has extensive reporting and monitoring capabilities with a 7'' HMI panel. (Filling count, Total Filling, User...)

Tuna SDM Liquid Filling Machine line can be integrated with automatic - manual, foil and cap closing options.
