Tuna SDM Liquid Filling Machines are designed to make precise fillings with stainless steel accumulation hopper, sturdy chassis-structure and Tuna NZL - dual stage nozzle. It completes standard drum, can and similar liquid fillings with 1/1000 accuracy. It is user-oriented with options for filling from top and bottom. Drum and can fillings from 10kg to 60kg and above are done accurately.

With manual - automatic handwheel - adjustment unit, desired height adjustment can be made. Fast and precise series fillings are done with dual stage-stainless Tuna NZL-nozzle unit. Options include Tuna SDM1 (single), Tuna SDM2 (double), Tuna SDM3 (triple), Tuna SDM4 (quadruple).

It has broad reporting and tracking capability with 7'' HMI panel. (Filling count, Total Filling, User...)

Tuna SDM Liquid Filling Machine line can be integrated with automatic - manual, foil and cap sealing options.
