Vibrating Feeder Bunker

FABO Vibrating Feeder Bunkers have been developed by our engineers in a user-focused manner to ensure the crusher positioned on it operates with top-level efficiency.

The feeding bunker and the crusher's operating intensity have been coupled with an automation system.

This feature operates in two steps.

  1. Step: If the product density inside the crusher is high, the amperage of the crusher increases; this increase is detected by the automation system, and the bunker vibration decreases, preventing product accumulation in the crusher feeding chute. This feature prevents wear on the crusher.

  2. Step: If the product density inside the crusher is low, the amperage of the crusher decreases. This decrease is detected by the automation system, and the bunker vibration increases. The feeding bunker delivers products to the crusher more quickly. This feature keeps production capacity at maximum levels.

The A1 quality springs that provide the bunker’s vibration are specially designed to ensure a high level of operational lifespan.
