100-500 mm Fixed Pipe Welding Opening Machine 

SB500 pipe welding opening machine is designed for pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 4” to 20” made of all kinds of materials and with quite high thickness.

SB500 is a structurally strong and user-friendly semi-automatic machine. The locking vise design allows for automatic centering and positioning without causing any damage to the pipe. The internal control panel allows for adjustment of spindle speed and feed, while also enabling interaction with the feeding of the moving head and the coolant pump.

SB500 can be equipped with easily interchangeable tools of both HSS type and tip type.
