100 Ton Pit Vehicle Scale

TS-3 Series vehicle scales have steel platforms. Especially in factory entrances, they are space-saving requiring no floor space and can be easily maneuvered in tight spaces by being mounted below ground. They can work smoothly for many years under tough heavy service conditions and are a model of a vehicle scale consisting of a complete steel platform. IPE steel is used in the platform.

The top cover plate is at least 10mm thick depending on the scale capacity. In TS-3 series scales, depending on their size, between 4 and 10 load cells, each with a capacity of 30 tons in accordance with OIML R60 standards, are used.

    Tuna Windows-based scale software is as simple as anyone who knows how to use a computer can use, with powerful database for advanced reporting, data export in XML, Excel, PDF, HTML, TXT formats, merging data from distant scales at a central point with web reporting module, error calculation, easy weighing of fixed narrow vehicles, lighting control system, and integration with plate reading system with camera.

    LOAD CELL FEATURES

Each of the compression type load cells has a capacity of 30 tons, depending on the scale's size, between 4 and 10 load cells are used. With its stainless steel body, it is extremely resistant to corrosion and works smoothly under tough industrial conditions for many years, the mounting kits provided as standard ensure full protection against lateral loads. It is OIML R60 C4 approved and has an IP68 protection class.
