Product Description

•Allows testing in the direction of TENSION-COMPRESSION-BENDING to determine the lifespan and strength of polymer-composite-metal etc. materials using a HYDRAULIC test setup.
•The device is manufactured to be controlled via a digital indicator and PC, with load and deformation values readable.
•The device can be programmed according to the desired type of test, test speed, sample sizes, and test conditions. These definitions can be saved to the setup for later use.
•The Hydraulic Tensile Testing Machine can perform many tests in accordance with standards using various accessories and apparatus.
•The accuracy of all provided load cells is Class 0.5 and has a load accuracy of ±% 1 according to ISO 7500-1 standard.
•All provided load cells are suitable for tensile and compressive tests.
•Standards: ISO 7500-1, ASTM E4, DIN 51221, AFNOR A03-501, TS EN ISO 6892-1, TS 1398-1 EN ISO 527-1, TS EN ISO 178:2010.

•The device is servo motor driven and controlled via software through a computer.

The device body contains its electronics and control unit.
•The speed range of the crosshead movement is between 1 mm/min and 50 mm/min.
•These speed values can be adjusted during the test and are continuous.
•The load measurement accuracy of the device is ± 1% (Class 1) in the range of 1/1 to 1/1,000 of the load cell capacity.
•The device can perform tensile, compressive loadings and force cycles, and the amount of elongation and load can be read as a function of time.
•All provided load cells are suitable for tensile and compressive tests.
