This filling machine is designed for the fast, precise, and hygienic filling of non-sticky powders, crystalline products, and granule materials. All surfaces in contact with the product are made of stainless material and are suitable for food filling. The top cover and filling funnel can be easily removed without tools, allowing for quick cleaning and reducing the transition time between different products.

Thanks to the digital controlled weighing system, it can fill with approximately 1% accuracy and minimizes weight errors. The product filling amount can be easily adjusted from the digital display. By selecting three different vibration levels (slow, medium, fast), the filling performance can be optimized according to the flow structure of the product. An extra vibration motor automatically activates during discharge to prevent weight errors in sticky products.

The machine is a practical and economical solution for small and medium-sized businesses. It eliminates problems such as time loss, hygiene issues, and weight inconsistencies caused by manual filling. Working Principle
• The product is transferred from the 20-liter feeding bunker to the weighing scale
• The first two or three fillings are done randomly to determine the required filling speed
• When it reaches the target weight, it gives a short beep, and when it is above or below the target, it emits a long beep
• After the weighing process is completed, it waits for the pedal to be pressed
• When the pedal is pressed, the product discharge cover opens and remains open until the weight is close to zero
• After the cover is closed, the machine restarts the vibration to perform the next weighing
• When the product in the bunker decreases, it tries different speeds to reach the target weight
• When the product is completely finished, the vibration continues for a while, and if the weight cannot be completed, it gives a warning and stops the filling

Optional Features
• The volume of the product bunker can be increased from 40 liters to 80 liters
