107 Cm Scarifier/Verticut Tractor Mounted Type Aerating Machine
Big John 42 is a tractor or turf van towed excellent turf surface aerating equipment that can be used for golf courses, football fields and wide turf areas.
By raking the surface of the turf with vertical blades at high speed, it cleans the impermeable moss-like sponge layer that has formed over time at the bottom of the turf and prevents the turf from breathing, and causes superficial drainage problems. It also collects the extracted dirt in its large bucket for easy disposal outside the turf area.
It can be used with a minimum 12 HP tractor or turf van.

With specially designed Tungsten-tipped blades spaced at short intervals, it performs effective soil surface and superficial root aeration in seasonal ground renewal and repair works and periodic maintenance activities by cleaning the impermeable moss-like sponge layer at the bottom of the turf over time, preventing the turf from breathing and causing superficial drainage problems, also removing foreign materials such as dead grass.
The scanning depth can be easily and quickly adjusted up to 2.5 cm. Removing one of the blades can lower the scanning depth down to 5 cm, the ideal scanning depth for interseeding and large renovation works.
All extracted materials are collected in the large collection bucket. The driver can easily empty the collection bucket without getting up from the driver's seat, with a rope or hydraulic optional emptying system.
