10m² Solid Fuel Stone Based Multi-storey Bread Oven
FİMAK Stone Based Multi-storey Bread Ovens are manufactured as standard 4-storey. They are equipped with specially designed circulation system and stone bases. It provides quality baking with equal heat distribution on all floors and a stagnant baking atmosphere with the special circulation system. The steam system is produced separately for each floor. Steam generators can be adjusted independently from each other, allowing for baking different products on each floor. Four different models are manufactured with capacities of 5m², 10m², 15m², and 18m². Options include diesel, fuel oil, LPG, electric, and natural gas.
