The YPKH 500 Fully Automatic Box Preparation Machine is an industrial box preparation system developed for the purpose of automatically preparing, opening, folding the bottom flaps, and sealing empty boxes before the packaging stage of products.

The machine prepares empty boxes for product filling on automatic packaging lines for glass jars, PET jars, tin cans, bottles, boxes, and flexible packaged products. The boxes placed flat in the box feeding magazine are taken by the system, opened, the bottom flaps are folded, and sealed with PP box tape.

The empty box feeding magazine has a capacity of approximately 70-80 boxes. The minimum box level alarm and automatic carton alignment system help ensure the orderly execution of the box feeding process on the production line.

Thanks to the pneumatic-driven box extraction system and pneumatic bottom folding flaps, the formation of the box shape is carried out automatically. Transitions between box sizes can be adjusted with a hand wheel.

Operating System

• Empty boxes in flat position are placed in the feeding magazine.
