The YPKD 500 Fully Automatic Packaging Machine is a servo-controlled industrial packaging system developed for the automatic arrangement and placement of jars, bottles, cans, ready tray lids, boxes, and products with flexible packaging into cardboard boxes.

The machine groups products coming from automatic filling and packaging lines according to the specified order and quantity, and it picks up the products with specially designed vacuum or gripper holding systems and places them precisely into the box.

Products can be arranged horizontally or vertically in the box, in 2, 3, 4, or 5 layers, depending on the needs. The system can be configured with a 2-axis servo traversing or robotic system according to the product type and the targeted production capacity.

YPKD 500 can achieve a packaging capacity of 100-120 products per minute, depending on the product type and weight. It can be arranged to place products in 2 or 3 boxes simultaneously, according to production needs.
