Fully Automatic Rotary Oven Sugar Cube Machine 12 Tons/Day Gold Pack RGD312 With over 10 years of experience, RGD 312 produces a sugar feeding unit with a production capacity of 12 tons/day equipped with a rotary oven that feeds with an automatic screw system. The crystal powdered sugar coming to the silo part via the screw is transferred to the barbuten section by being moistened with the help of a dosing pump. In the pressing section, the gram adjustment can be made according to the desired sizes based on the consumer's needs. The cube sugars coming out of the pressing section are transferred in an orderly manner onto a chrome nickel mesh belt, and the drying process takes place by rotating six times around pulleys with a diameter of 2000 mm using the rotary oven system. During this drying process, infrared resistors and hot air blowing systems are used. After the moisture inside the closed rotary oven is expelled with the hot air blowing system, it ensures that the sugar cubes become harder and drier. The hard and dry sugars that come out of the rotary oven pass through cooling fans and become ideal sugar cubes according to consumer needs. The ideal sugar cubes are vacuumed with the help of a vacuum system that provides negative pressure after being sorted according to box sizes by the filling robot and filled into pre-prepared boxes from the box packaging machine in optional 2-3-4 rows. These boxes, which are filled completely, are then sent to the box sealing machine. The box making machine takes 500-1000 pieces of boxes, which are graphically designed and come from the printing house according to the desired sizes, into the magazine section of the box making machine, and one by one, they are taken out with oily vacuum, glued from four corners, and turned into boxes. After this, these boxes are placed in order on the conveyor belt to go to the filling robot. An automatic packaging system can also be added to the output of the box sealing machine according to consumer demand.
