130-250 Ton / Hour Mobile Washing Screening Plant 

The GNR ME1650 Mobile Screening Plant is completely assembled on a single platform and can be transported by 1 truck. It has a capacity of 130-250 tons/hour.
It can perform more than the tasks that the screening system can do alone.

3. Main Conveyor Belt  800 mm ( This conveyor is foldable and uses a folding system for intervention in the screen. )
4. High-capacity Vibrating Screen system is 3-layered, 1600 X 5000 mm ( The screen has a high stock and is of high capacity. )
5. The under-screen stock conveyor is of a foldable type and has a wide under-screen stock area.
6. 4 stock conveyors are of a foldable type and have a wide under-screen stock area.
7- Mobile Chassis system is of a scissor-type axle, single-axle type. It is pilot type and has tires. (Continental Tire, size 385/65R22.5)
8- The panel system contains Siemens or Schneider materials and supports operation with a generator.
Interconnection cables are available in the system. The generator is powered by a Perkins engine. Optional feature 50 kW, Total Weight 18,000 kg One of its advantages is that the operating and maintenance costs are at a minimum level.
