·         304 quality stainless steel is used in the meat processing units and all connection equipment of the machine.

·         304 quality stainless steel sheet is used in the chamber (meat loading chamber) and its casing.

·         A sensor is located on the top cover considering human health and work safety. When the top cover is opened, the electric current coming to the machine will be cut off by a special viewer, thus your machine will not operate.

NERVE SEPARATION APPARATUS FEATURE

Visible thick nerves on the meat are removed with a knife, and the meat is cut into long pieces and thrown into the chamber. The adjustment nut on the nerve separation apparatus should be tightened by hand to the right before the machine is operated, and then loosened by 1 or 2 turns, and the nerve separation pipe should be pulled forward by hand. When the machine is operated, as the minced meat comes out of the front mirror holes, the nerves and fibers of the meat will be separated from the meat through the nerve pipe. The waste rate is between 3% and 6%.
