15 Boxes/Min Packaging Box Making Product Filling and Sealing Robot Packaging System
DM Pack Dron is a robot packaging system that performs excellently in secondary packaging processes. This system, which offers both box making and product filling and sealing processes integrated into a single machine, is an ideal solution for industrial environments that require high efficiency and flexibility. Compatible with die-cut flat cardboard boxes, DM Pack Dron can process up to 15 boxes per minute in a stop-start working configuration for low-volume productions, and up to 30 boxes per minute in a continuous working configuration for high-volume productions. Thus, it flexibly adapts to different production speeds and demands.
The working principle of the machine is designed to automatically carry out the processes of box opening, shaping, product grouping, loading, and box sealing. The box feeding, opening, and shaping processes are fully automatic, and during these processes, the height of the boxes can be automatically adjusted. Box lengths can be adjusted with millimetric measurements, making format changes quick and practical. Thus, suitable packaging sizes and shapes can be created for all types of products.
DM Pack Dron has the feature of being equipped with different loading systems. For example, it can be customized according to needs with additional modules such as stackers, multiple pack creators, and direction changers. The product placement into the box is done with a pick & place system or robotic systems; thus, products are placed in the boxes in an orderly and accurate manner. The box sealing process is carried out securely and solidly with hot melt adhesives. This sealing system ensures the safe transportation of the products inside the boxes.
In the continuous working configuration, the box feeding is positioned under the machine, and as the box to be opened rises from below, the created product group is placed exactly under the box. This design provides high efficiency in continuous flow-based productions. The same machine can create trays, wrapping boxes, plate displays, and lidded boxes, offering versatile usage opportunities thanks to this variety.
The machine design has been developed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning processes. Its accessible structure allows operators to easily clean the machine, while its rotary touch screen can be used from both sides, providing ease of use for operators. This design allows operators to manage the machine from every angle, thus increasing efficiency. With all these features, DM Pack Dron offers an excellent solution to meet industrial packaging needs.
