Tidap Filter Press is the most efficient dewatering equipment used in solid/liquid separation. The working principle of the filter press is that while the watery part of the sludge transmitted under high pressure is filtered through the filter cloths between two plates, the solid particles get trapped between the plates. When the water filtration in the taps stops, the filter press is stopped and cleaned, and it is prepared for a new charge to be operated in such a way that it can be charged several times a day.
Tidap Filter Presses are produced in plate sizes of 250x250 mm, 500x500 mm, 630x630 mm, 800x800 mm, and 1000x1000 mm, and the number of plates is determined according to the capacity.
