The Fabo PDK impact crusher, designed to handle large feed sizes and high-capacity crushing, is suitable for the primary processing of limestone materials or materials of medium hardness, and can even provide high performance and excellent cubical shape of very compact, crushed product. The PDK crusher can replace the CLK jaw crusher when the fed material is not particularly hard and abrasive, as it allows for a higher percentage of fine particles in addition to the high crushing ratio of particle size. The maximum feed size is designed based on the size of the feed opening. The impact bars in manganese steel casting are very resistant to wear and can be of different types and have different profiles depending on the requirements and nature of the processed material.
