The new system is a crushing and screening system with a capacity of 150-240 tons/hour. It is ideal for crushing Granite and Basalt.
The GENERAL 950 Closed Circuit Crushing system is designed to be transported with a single truck, as the entire system is gathered on one platform.
It is designed to be operational within 30 minutes.
It is the most suitable mobile crusher plant for breaking hard and difficult-to-crush stones (Basalt, Granite) and minerals (Iron Ore, Chrome Ore, Quartz).
It is the most ideal crushing unit for breaking abrasive materials.

Vibrating Feeder and Hopper
The feeding system is driven by 2 vibromotors. This provides trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance.
The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with Excavators and Loaders, and additional hoppers can be used for feeding with Trucks in continuous operations.
All wear points in the feeder and hopper are protected with replaceable wear plates.
There is a screening system on the Feeder Table. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, the screened soil material can be dumped into the stock area.

Dust Suppression System sprays high-pressure water through nozzles to suppress dust on conveyors.
Drive Drums are Rubber Coated and Gear Type.
Reducers are special reducers with 3 transmissions.
Conveyor Belt Rubbers are from Derby or Eksaş brands.
Bearings: SKF or FAG Bearings
The flat material used is Ereğli Iron and Steel Product and is A1 Quality.
