Circular welding machines have a wide range of applications in the welding manufacturing sector, providing very good results in circular welded joint configurations such as end to end, corner to corner, overlap, and internal welding for high quality and minimum distortion. These machines perform external circular weld joints. Single and multi-pass welding, TIG, MIG/MAG, and SAW welding systems can be used. The welding joint is securely held in place to prevent slippage, and the welding head remains stationary on the rotating workpiece to carry out the welding. Circular welding machines are typically produced with a dual torch mechanism, but adaptation of single or multiple torch mechanisms is also possible.
