The Torras P 1000 Sheep Foot Cleaning Machine is a high-capacity machine designed to efficiently and hygienically clean the hair on the feet of small and large livestock. The operation process is quite simple: The machine is run empty, hot water is added, and the animal's feet are placed in the water. This process takes about 25 minutes, and at the end, the feet are completely clean and hairless. The temperature of the water used in the process should be 65°C, which is the ideal temperature level for effective cleaning.

The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring its durability and longevity. This design allows the machine to be easily cleaned and operate in a hygienic environment. Cleaning done with just hot water, without the need for chemicals, offers an environmentally friendly solution and reduces operating costs. Additionally, thanks to the automatic cycle system and pneumatic discharge mechanism, the remaining water and residues can be quickly and easily drained after the process is completed.

The ability to set a timer allows for adjustments at different operating speeds. The electrical control panel makes it easy to monitor and manage all operations. Furthermore, the machine can be combined with a loading elevator, which particularly increases efficiency in busy operations and saves labor.

The Torras P 1000 can process up to 1500 sheep per minute, allowing for the cleaning of 3000 sheep feet per hour. For cattle, it can process 80 pieces in 20 minutes. This capacity is extremely suitable for high-volume operations. The machine is also quite efficient in terms of water consumption; it uses 2 m³ of water per minute.

The dimensions of the machine, with a length of 1900 mm, a width of 1400 mm, and a height of 1200 mm, make it easily usable in large-scale operations.
