Heat pump: it cools the heat source when heating and heats it when cooling.
This process is the transfer of energy with the phase change of the gas. All heat pumps work on the same principle.
The heat obtained is released as a result of the cooling process.
The closest example to a heat pump is a refrigerator. It takes the heat of the food and air inside the refrigerator, the fluid in the system cools the inside of the refrigerator while heating the kitchen, the reason why the pipes behind the cabinet are always hot is this principle.
The structure of the refrigerator compressor increases the energy it takes from the inside of the cabinet 3 - 4 times and transfers it to the back as heat.
Although the purpose of the refrigerator is cooling, it releases heat during the cooling process.
With this principle, we can heat one environment while cooling another, or cool one environment while heating another.
Heat pumps meet our heating, cooling, and hot water needs in our buildings with this principle.
The heat pump is determined according to the heating needs and is available only in devices suitable for either heating or cooling only.
Green Breath Heat Pump Operating Principle
Geothermal heat pumps, which do not work differently than conventional heat pumps, work simply as follows.
1. Pipes with heat-conducting fluid circulating in them, placed underground according to certain rules, provide heat exchange with the ground.
2. Circulation pump operating with electricity. It circulates the heat-conducting fluid in the pipes underground called the heat well (drilling, etc.).
3. The heat energy taken from the heat well reaches the evaporator. The heat energy reaching the evaporator causes the refrigerant to evaporate.
4. The refrigerant is circulated in a closed circuit and under pressure. The refrigerant reaching the compressor in a gaseous state is compressed, increasing the pressure and therefore the temperature.
5. After exiting the compressor, the refrigerant entering the condenser transfers most of the heat to the heating system loop. The cooled refrigerant condenses and transitions to the liquid phase.
6. Then the pressure is reduced in the expansion valve, and the refrigerant at low temperature returns to the beginning of the cooling cycle.
A heat pump is a system that operates based on the principle of transferring heat energy from one environment to another and is powered by electricity. When the necessary conditions are met, high amounts of energy can be provided at low costs.
For most people, a heat pump is a new term. However, devices such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and freezers that work based on the same principle of heat pump operation are used in our homes. Since the operation of these devices is based on the principle of heat transfer, these devices can be grouped under the title of heat pump. The increasing popularity of heat pumps in our country in the near future is an inevitable result.
What are the Benefits of Green Breath Heat Pump for Users?
Heat Pump is the system with the lowest energy consumption cost, service, and maintenance cost.
Users can independently heat and cool as much as they want. In addition, each user pays for the energy used.

Is Green Breath Heat Pump More Economical? Why Should You Use it?
A heat pump is a system that transports natural energy (from the ground, air, or water) to the building interior by consuming very little energy or vice versa.
Energy consumption remains very low compared to the energy consumed.
For every 1 kw of energy consumption, we can obtain energy between 4 and 8.5 (coefficient of performance) depending on the source used.
This ratio is related to the energy source from the ground and also reaches maximum efficiency with ground heating systems.
In our underfloor heating calculations, we should choose the required circulation water temperature as 40C.
If these are not taken into account in underfloor heating calculations, heat pump devices will consume more energy.
All Turkey calculations are made proportionally to the climate information with the software we developed, and efficient use of energy is provided.
What are the Advantages of Green Breath Heat Pump?
It provides savings of % 45 to % 85 with respect to electricity and solid fuels, these rates vary according to air, ground, and water sources. Heat pump has remote control unit or room thermostat control (optional).
No risk of explosion, No Risk of Fire, No Chimney, No Smoke, No Odor, No Waste, Aesthetics, Installation Ease, Clean Energy, Comfort, Gain, Quiet Operation.
Heat pump devices are available in a wide range of capacities and provide heating, cooling, and hot water for buildings of all sizes.
Heat pumps use natural energy sources such as air, ground, sea, and lake with low energy consumption. It can be designed for every structure. With advancing technology, when correctly designed and implemented, maximum efficiency is achieved.
Instead of using boilers, air conditioners, and similar systems separately in our buildings, only a heat pump provides heating, cooling, and hot water needs for our buildings with a single device.
Architectural Flexibility: Since there are many different internal unit options, there is a suitable internal unit type for each structure.
It can be easily applied according to architectural needs. With the correct system installation, each user can independently heat and cool.
Low Investment and Maintenance Costs: Evaluated from the investor's perspective, having the main devices purchased by users provides savings of over 50% in the initial investment, and it also provides advantages in sales and leasing.
They are systems with a long service life and low maintenance costs.
Reliable Technology: It is a technology that has been tested and used in Turkey and the world for many years.
There are many applications in Turkey using ground-source, sea, and lake-source, and underground water.
Some of the largest underground water-based applications in Europe, the 5th largest ground-source applications in Europe, and some of the largest sea-source applications in Europe are operated in Turkey.
Some of these projects are established and operated by our company, TOPRAK ENERJI.
Wide Range of Device Selection: A heat pump is not a single device type.
There are many different types and sizes of heat pump devices available, from 4 kW to 10,000 kW capacity.
The important thing is to select the appropriate heat pump system and models for each type of building and apply them.
