General Description

160 Ton x 3100 mm Servo Electric Press Brake is developed for industrial applications requiring high precision, energy efficiency, and superior bending performance. Thanks to the servo electric drive system, it offers lower energy consumption, quieter operation, and high positioning accuracy compared to traditional hydraulic systems.

The ESA S640 CNC control unit provides high repeatability in mass production with 4-axis CNC control (Y1-Y2-X-R), a servo motor-driven X+R axis back support system, and CNC-controlled crowning system. The O-type body design offers a wide working area, while the European type Promecam mold system ensures full compatibility with different mold options.

It offers safe operation in compliance with CE standards with the AKAS II or DSP front laser safety system and PLC-controlled light barriers.
