180-320 Tons / Hour (Available from Stock) Jaw Crusher

Fabo CLK-110 180-320 Tons / Hour (Available from Stock) Jaw Crusher

Jaw crushers are generally used to break hard and abrasive materials with high silica content such as basalt, granite, etc. They are crushers that break using 2 manganese alloy jaw plates, one fixed and the other movable. With a very strong and robust jaw structure, it has become one of the most preferred crushers in the mining sector for many years.

General Features and Advantages:

  • Belt – pulley drive system

  • Wear-resistant special cast manganese plates

  • Excentric shaft made of Cr, Ni, Mo alloyed forged steel

  • Hydraulically adjustable jaw opening

  • Safety plates against excessive strain

  • Surfaces exposed to wear are covered with liner plates

FABO's next-generation jaw crushers are designed to break all kinds of materials from soft limestone to the hardest basalt stone. FABO has primary type jaw crushers in sizes of 600×400 mm, 900×650 mm, 1100×850 mm, and 1400×1150 mm. Our jaw crushers are also referred to as 60 jaw crushers, 90 jaw crushers, and 140 jaw crushers.

The high flywheel speeds, jaw closing angles, special geometries of the safety plates and rear blocks of FABO jaw crushers provide unique operational advantages to users with their high performance, reliability, durability, and user-friendly adjustment mechanisms.

All FABO jaw crushers are equipped with a hydraulic adjustment mechanism. This system allows for easy and quick adjustment of the jaw lower opening according to the product curve you want to obtain from the machine. The adjustment of the jaw lower opening is made by adding or removing the necessary amount and thickness of adjustment plates behind the adjustment block pushed forward with the help of a hand pump hydraulic system.

The flywheel hubs of our large jaw crushers (CLK 110-1100 x 850 and CLK 140-1400 x 1100) are equipped with a special clamping system that connects the flywheels to the eccentric shaft. This system ensures that the flywheel shaft holds securely and tightly during excessive strains caused by rocks remaining at the jaw mouth due to the machine stopping for any reason, while also facilitating the disassembly-assembly operations that may be needed for maintenance or transportation.

FABO Crusher shafts are made of 4140 forged steel and are supported by spherical roller bearings. The bearings are grease-lubricated and protected against external influences with labyrinth seals. Crushers can optionally be equipped with an automatic lubrication system.

The machine's support plates (safety plates) against iron parts that may unintentionally escape with the fed material are made of cast iron, and their geometries are designed to break under excessive load so that the iron part can pass through without damaging the machine's other structure. The support plate slots are designed to be lubrication-free and easily replaceable.

This system provides a wider range of adjustment compared to other adjustment mechanisms and is also more reliable. On the other hand, the fixed and movable jaws are made of manganese steel to be used in a reversible manner, and their rear surfaces are processed to prevent them from damaging the surface they rest on and to protect against breakages that may occur due to strains throughout their working life.

The wedge locks that secure the jaws are pre-tensioned with plate springs against loosening that may occur due to impacts and surface deformations.
