It shows high resistance to abrasive wear, metal-to-metal friction, and cracking under impact conditions. The highest wear resistance is achieved in 3-pass overlay welding applications. The precisely adjusted 'Cr' content of the filler metal ensures its resistance to mildly corrosive effects. It retains its hardness at working temperatures up to 500°C. The welding metal can be machined by grinding. The risk of crack and pore formation in the weld seam is very low. Hardness: 54 - 58 HRC Applications: Attention! Note: The arc length should be kept short. It is recommended to work at the lowest possible current value to reduce dilution with the base metal. A very slight swing can be given to the electrode during welding.
