    Since its establishment, our company has been meeting the needs of the industry without compromising on quality and providing employment to hundreds of people. In 2000, seeing the increasing demand for concrete plants, it opened its machinery production facility in Ankara Ostim.

  In the branch it opened, our company initially produced a concrete plant to be used in its own road and bridge works, and later developed this production further, exporting many facilities both domestically and abroad. The main countries to which the company exports are Iraq, Turkmenistan, Libya, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Azerbaijan.

  Our company, which continues to build roads and bridges, is using the advantages of coming from within this sector in the production of concrete plants in its opened branch and continues its efforts to become a brand in the sector without interruption.

 2 m3  SINGLE - SHAFT  Mixer

FEATURES of our %100 self-manufactured Single - Shaft Mixers;

1. The drive is provided with the help of dual motors and reducers working separately. Therefore, in case of a failure of one of the motors or gears, concrete production can continue by reducing the capacity by half.
2. Due to the low number of bearings, potential bearing problems have been minimized. Additionally, since the bearing system is external; concrete production can continue without interruption in case of possible syrup intake.
3. Due to the dual-sided drive system, concrete production can be done at very low slump.
4. Since the concrete discharge system is pneumatic, the lid can be easily opened and concrete can be discharged even during power outages.
5. Due to the helical shape of the mixer arms, the arms scrape the entire wall of the drum and therefore require very little cleaning.
6. The time required for cleaning is shorter compared to other mixers.
7. Due to the characteristics of the drive system, wear is minimized. This prevents potential costs and ensures you get the highest efficiency from the machine.
8. Thanks to the time-controlled automatic lubrication system, bearing lifetimes are much longer.
9. Thanks to the parallel rotation of the helical mixers to the drum wall, the concrete mixing time is very short.
10. Since most of the inner plates of the drum are the same, worn parts can be replaced to provide longer-lasting use.
11. All walking platforms are hinged, allowing for quick and easy installation.
