The bottom bonding is completed with the jaws, and the product is sealed at the mouth, taking the shape of a pillow pack.

Optional Automatic Feeding System:

With the automatic feeding option, screws are poured into the vibration unit, arranged one by one, and transferred to the magazine unit. The screws arranged in the magazine unit are automatically poured into the chambers of the rotary table in the desired quantity. Similarly, the bottom bonding is done using the collar pipe, and packaging is completed with the help of the jaws. This feature increases production efficiency and reduces manual labor.
