Easy to Clean Flanged Ferrule System
 

Thanks to the easy-to-clean flanged ferrule system located at the connection points of CYD-S, surfaces that come into contact with the product can be disassembled and cleaned within a few minutes without any tools or technical equipment. This way, you will never have trouble with hygiene in your productions.

Anti-Bacterial Gaskets and O-Rings.

All parts such as gaskets, o-rings, and seals located at points that come into contact with the product in RYD-S are made of antibacterial silicone material, thus providing maximum hygiene conditions at points that come into contact with the product, allowing you to produce in compliance with GMP conditions.

Precise Dosing Mechanism

Thanks to the precise dosing lever on RYD-S, which has a 0.5 mm error margin, it allows you to work with minimum fluctuation rate in many filling ranges with a single machine. As long as you do not change the dosing setting, it will always work at the same measurement.

Emergency Stop Button

Thanks to the emergency stop button on RYD-S, regardless of the position of the machine, it retracts the piston and brings the machine to a safe position. RYD - S is a machine compliant with the occupational safety law numbered 6331. It does not require additional modifications to comply with the law.

Hose Suction System

RYD-S can also perform suction from sources such as drums, buckets, or containers by connecting to tank discharges with a clamp. It does not require you to struggle to bring the product to the machine's mouth. It also performs the first suction itself, minimizing your time loss.

Automatic and Manual Mode

RYD-S can operate in two different modes according to your production speed and shape. Thanks to the pedal switch provided free of charge with the machine, you can operate it in manual mode or automatic mode with a timer. Especially in your mass productions, it works by itself without the need to press the pedal.

Drip Prevention Nozzle

Thanks to the drip prevention nozzle system of RDY-S, it does not drip after filling, thus the bottles you fill never get dirty, and there are no weight losses caused by dripping.

Honed Product Suction Piston

Thanks to the honed product suction piston, which is not found in its counterparts, it allows very precise dosing even at high weights, minimizing filling losses. Thanks to the smooth piston surface, the piston seals have a long working life. Unlike its counterparts, it does not wear out the piston seal in a short time...
 

Internal Filter and Slide Valve

Thanks to the internal filter in RYD-S, it is protected against factors such as water and rust that may occur in the air system and could damage the machine's pneumatic system. Thanks to the slide valve located at the air inlet of the machine, you can cut off the air from the system when you finish your work with the machine without the need for a separate valve.

Other Features

Machine Body: The machine body and all metal surfaces are made of SUS 304 Stainless Steel. The Tee, Clamp, and Flange sections of the machine are made of SUS 316 Stainless Steel. 

Electrical System: The machine body is protected against all kinds of electrical hazards that may occur thanks to the grounding in its chassis. 

Electro-Pneumatic System:   Thanks to the RDY-S electro-pneumatic system, it allows for more precise dosing, minimizing your production losses. 

Optional Features

         1) RDY-S can be produced from SUS 316 or a different material according to your needs for surfaces that come into contact with the product.
         2) RDY-S can also be produced to work with products that need to be filled at high temperatures. 
         3) For foaming products such as milk, ayran, etc. in fast fillings, to increase your production speed, a nozzle that can rise and fall during filling can be added to the integrated system. 
         4) In cases where sensor triggering is required for use on the filling line, it can be produced accordingly. 
         5) Optionally, a counter showing the number of fillings can be added.

Types of Products It Can Fill

For example: All types of low-viscosity liquids suitable for suction, such as fruit juice, water, turnip, low viscosity shampoo, liquid soap, bleach, milk, liquid oil, and mineral oil, as well as various medicines and syrups, thinner, liquid paint, etc. We can perform trial filling of your product sample, except for products that cause staining and permanent damage. 

RYD- S2 Double Nozzle Filling Machine

RYD - S2 allows you to fill two products at the same time in addition to all the features found in the RYD - S series. If you wish, you can produce two different products with two different weights at the same time with a single machine. Despite having the equipment of two machines, its price is more attractive compared to two machines.

Production Information:

RYD -  S is produced in our facilities in Turkey. Our company works largely in stock for the standard filling range models of RYD - S series liquid filling machines. You do not need to waste time with long waiting periods after making a decision.

Special Productions:
RDY-S can be produced in different filling ranges suitable for your needs, outside of standard filling ranges. In non-standard productions,
the delivery time is between 5 to 20 days. The filling nozzles can be produced in different sizes according to your needs. In cases where you need to work at 110V or different voltages, the machine can be produced according to your needs.

Shipping:  We can ship your product at very reasonable prices with the cargo we have an agreement with. If you wish, we can ship with your own contracted warehouse or cargo.
