Our company, specialized in shredding, has produced the highest quality tree root shredders for the most challenging applications such as tree roots. The Fixed and Mobile Series tree root shredders have been tested and matured under difficult conditions. With their extraordinary reliability, they have the capability to process materials that are difficult to shred, such as tree roots. Their extremely compact and robust design stands out with high availability and process stability.
To assist feeding, there are feeding teeth mounted on the inner wall of the hopper. When the rotor is overloaded, the feeding hopper rotates in the opposite direction. Thus, jamming of the shredder is not possible.
It has a wide range of applications. The shredder can be used for shredding large-sized materials such as tree roots and waste furniture. It is also used for straw bales and small-sized wood waste. Maintenance costs are low. The shredder has a multi-blade rotor structure. When there is no foreign material entering the crusher, the lifespan of the cutting blades is extended, and maintenance costs decrease.

When the Tree Root Crusher is operating, the electric motor or diesel engine drives the rotor at high speed. The feeding hopper is slowly rotated by the electric motor. The material is dropped into the hopper via a poly pipe and is turned against the inner wall while the hopper rotates. The feeding teeth will transfer the material evenly to the rotor. The high-speed rotating rotor shatters the material by striking the cutting blades on the tree root to ensure pre-shredding. The tree root that goes through the pre-crushing process is shredded by its own gravity and the shredding effect of the rotor.
