Technical Specifications 

✓ The filling machine is fully automatic.
✓ Works with a volumetric system. Depending on demand, there are 4/6/8/10 bottom/top filling nozzles.

✓ There is automatic level control in the hopper. When the hopper is full, the product inlet valve automatically closes, or a signal is sent to the pump feeding the machine to stop or operate. The Level Control will be AYVAZ brand C4 type float.
✓ Filling nozzles: Depending on demand, there are 4/6/8/10 filling nozzles with a bottom filling system.
✓ Nozzles can be easily adjusted according to different packaging sizes. It has a closure mechanism at the tip, thus preventing drips and keeping bottles clean.
✓ The machine's weight adjustment: It is quite easy to adjust the weight from the machine's PLC screen.
✓ There is an extra adjustment mechanism to also adjust the differences between the filling nozzles.
✓ Materials used in the construction of the machine: All areas in contact with the product are made of 316 quality stainless steel, other outer surfaces, protective covers, and legs are made of 304 quality stainless steel. Some parts of the internal mechanisms are made of aluminum.
✓ The filling capacity of the machine: At constant air pressure (8 bar-750lt/min, for 1,000 ml, depending on the type of packaging, the average is 2000 – 2500 pieces/hour.

✓ A total of 5 meters of conveyor belt is used in the filling machine. The chassis is made of stainless steel, and the pallets are made of Polypropylene / Stainless steel belt. It is possible to speed up and slow down the conveyor belt from the control panel.
✓ To operate the machine, it requires 8 bar air (from a compressor) and 380 volts of electrical energy.
