Product Description

Movable exterior platforms are systems used for painting, insulation, maintenance, and repair works in areas such as the construction sector, buildings, chimneys, shipyards, etc.
These systems are installed on steel masts fixed to the facade and move the scaffold system up and down with the help of electric motors.

These platforms, which have a modular structure, can be extended up to 10.5 meters with a single mast and 30 meters with a double mast. They can reach heights of up to 150 meters using standard materials.

The system is driven by two electric motors with gear reducers. The motors transmit movement with vertically mounted rack gears. Each motor is equipped with electromagnetic brakes to ensure safe descent and ascent.

Additionally, the system features a speed-sensitive parachute brake system. If the descent speed exceeds the specified limit, the centrifugal force activates the brake system automatically and stops the system.

Usage and Structural Features

• The 3K MP platform can be installed up to 10.5 meters with a single mast and 30 meters with a double mast. Maximum height: 150 meters

• According to the recommended loading values in the user manual, the maximum load capacity is 2000 kg

• The masts and platform arms are protected against corrosion with hot-dip galvanizing.

• To minimize swaying and balance load distribution, the mast is designed to be gripped at 4 points. Thus, the system maintains its rigidity and does not deform under load.

• The mast support legs are produced with quality profiles suitable for strength calculations.

• To facilitate installation, it is mounted on 4 swivel wheels.

• The platform includes telescopic extensions that can extend and retract for easy access to the facade.

• The 3K MP control panel features a working hour indicator. Maintenance operations are carried out according to the schedule in the maintenance manual.
