Moving Facade Platforms are systems used in construction sites, buildings, chimneys, shipyards, etc. for painting, insulation, renovation-repair works.
     As a working principle, they are scaffold systems that move with electric motors on steel masts mounted on the facade where the work will be done with anchorage arms.
      These systems are modular systems that can be expanded up to 10.5 meters in a single mast and up to 30 meters in a double mast. At the same time, the system can reach heights of up to 150 meters with standard materials used on the system.
      The machine receives its movement from 2 reducer electric motors on it through pinion gears and transmits it to the gear racks mounted on the masts vertically. To ensure the safe descent - ascent of the system, each electric motor has electromagnetic brakes.
  In addition to these brakes, there is also a parachute braking system on the system. The parachute braking system automatically activates in case the cruising speed of the machine exceeds during the descent and stops the system.
Usage and Construction Features
•3K MP, with its standard equipment, can be installed up to 10.50 meters in width with a single mast, up to 30 meters in width with a double mast, and mobile platforms at the current width can reach heights of up to 150 meters. The carrying capacity is up to 2000 kg according to the loading instructions recommended in the user manual.
