2000 mm Circular Welding Machine

Circular welding machines have a wide range of applications in the welded manufacturing sector, and very good results are obtained in circular-welded end-to-end, corner, overlapping, and nested welding configurations for high quality and minimum distortion of circular-section parts. These machines are used for external circular welding joints. Single and multi-pass welding, TIG, MIG/MAG, and SAW welding systems can be used. The joint to be welded is clamped so that it does not slide, and the welding head remains stationary on the rotating workpiece, welding precisely. Circular welding machines are standardly produced with dual torch mechanisms, but it is also possible to adapt single or multiple torch mechanisms. As a standard, the circular welding machine is produced between 1000mm and 6000mm in length, with a diameter of up to 1000mm.
