1. The nails placed in the hopper are first transferred to the vibrator depending on the production speed from the small hopper.

The main hopper capacity is 250kg.

2. The vibrator is responsible for arranging the nails coming from the hopper into the channel.

It can arrange 2500 nails per minute.

3. The nails coming from the nail path enter the welding mold in an orderly manner.

The welding mold is necessary for the nails to be welded with the same precision. There is a sensor for empty nail warning on it.

The welding mechanism is connected to the main motor via a coupling. The nail sensor is synchronized with this mold.

The welding disks have height and distance adjustment features. They are made of a special copper alloy that transfers power with mercury and is water-cooled.

The wire is pneumatically pressed onto the nail through this disk and welding is performed.

4) The coiling system receives commands from the sensor and catches the nail roll through the pressing arm and coils it.

Once the coiling process is complete, it lifts up and removes the product from the machine with an electromagnet.
