The filtration process begins when the gas and dust mixture enters the system through the suction pipe with high-pressure air. The dusty gas is directed to a specially designed bunker area. Thus, lighter dust and dirty air remain on the outer surfaces of the filter bags, and the main filtration process begins here.

The dust that accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags can affect the efficiency of the bags over time. This means that the filter needs to be regularly cleaned to operate properly. Albero 20000 automates the cleaning process of the bags with an electronically controlled Timer system. This system cleans each bag at specific intervals. The cleaning process is carried out by Blast Valves that blow air at 6-7 bar pressure. This high pressure effectively cleans the dirt and dust from the bags, thus maintaining high filtration efficiency continuously.

After the cleaning process is completed, the dust and particles are removed from the filter bags. The high pressure ensures that the dust and other pollutants fall into the bunker area located in the lower section. Here, the accumulated materials are sorted according to their intended use. Usable dust is stored for recycling, while the remaining waste is disposed of without harming the environment.

The filtered air is directed to the system and expelled outside through a fan. This is the final stage of the ventilation system, and clean air is discharged from the environment.
