The bunker of PRO-150 Mobile Crushers has been developed by our engineers to work with high efficiency in a user-focused manner.

The vibration speed of Fabo Vibrating Feeders can be easily directed by the Automation System, which can be manually adjusted. This feature prevents wear on the bunker and provides the user with longer and more efficient use.

To avoid any performance loss due to wet or muddy materials processed in crushing plants, the wobbler feeder contains all necessary qualities. Fabo Wobbler Feeder stands out with its potential for trouble-free processing for many years, as well as its easy maintenance feature.

The low-quality material separated in the wobbler feeder is thrown onto the bypass belt, allowing customers to obtain a high-quality final product. Additionally, if desired, materials that fall into the bypass system under the wobbler feeder can be sent directly to the screen via the conveyor.

FABO primary impact crushers are designed to crush soft and medium-hard stones at high rotor speeds. It is considered the heart of the mobile system.

The high-speed rotating rotor crushes the products discharged from the feeder with the help of crushing bars. The hydraulically adjustable bars ensure that the products are obtained in the desired size.

FABO foldable hydraulic belts send the right product to the crusher and stock area according to customer requests after classifying it over the vibrating screen. Its foldable structure minimizes the machine's dimensions for transportation. The number of stock belts may vary according to customer requests.

4-layer belt tires moving on 10 mm EP 125 Flexible sheets carry the aggregate coming out of the screen to the desired area flawlessly. The wear-resistant belt elasticity offers a long service life without letting you down.

The flap system is a special system that allows the directly crushed material to be taken from the crusher without passing through the screen with the help of the front stock belt. Its unique position just before the screen minimizes production time.

When a homogeneous product is desired with the flap system, it disables the vibration curtain and prevents the nets from wearing out.
