The YKK 500 Fully Automatic Box Closing Machine is an industrial box closing machine developed for the purpose of automatically folding and sealing the top flaps of filled cardboard boxes.

The machine automatically folds the top flaps of boxes coming from production and packaging lines. The motorized flap folding system folds the rear inner flap, while the aluminum wing system folds the side flaps, preparing the box for sealing. Then, the top of the box is sealed with tape.

It is equipped with adjustable side belts and a top pressing system to work with different box sizes. It can work with boxes measuring a minimum of 200 x 300 x 200 mm and a maximum of 380 x 500 x 400 mm.

The YKK 500, with a closing capacity of 15-25 boxes per minute, helps create an uninterrupted production process when integrated into automatic filling, boxing, and packaging lines. Its design allows easy access to the tape roll, making tape replacement practical.
