FTJ 1175 Mobile Jaw Crusher, with a speed-controlled vibrating feeder, separates dirty material before it enters the crusher through the intermediate screen, allowing clean and large material to enter the crusher and significantly increasing the quality of the final product. This system can easily crush many different stones such as granite, basalt, and limestone.

In this setup, the material crushed by FTJ 1175 goes to the FTI 130 mobile impact crusher, where the customer obtains finer material. The sizes of the output material can be adjusted thanks to the hydraulic adjustable jaws.  

After the FTI 130 Mobile Impact Crusher, the material is sent to the FTS 1560 mobile screen, and 3 different materials can be obtained simultaneously.
