Our welding positioners are products with a loading capacity of 50 kg and 20 tons.

They are manufactured in two types: geared and hydraulic.

They are machines that can be utilized by all companies with welded manufacturing.

The tables on them have a 360-degree rotation and a forward tilt feature.

Thanks to this tilt, the workpiece on the table can be welded comfortably from every angle.

In small tonnage, for example, in positioners of 50-500 kg, controls are made with a wired remote control, and in positioners over 500 kg, controls are also made with a wired remote control.

This provides an easy-to-use feature.

In automatic welding, our machine offers the possibility of synchronized operation by adapting the trigger cable available in the machine to the welding machine.

It is used in submerged arc, TIG, and MIG welding applications.

The table rotation speed is controlled, but there is no speed control in tilting.

Different types and features can be manufactured as standard, L type, and hydraulic.

Our standard machines are 2-axis, while our L type positioners are 3-axis. Optionally, they can also be made with PLC control.

Holes and T channels are opened on our tables according to the machine loading weights.
