• The front tire of 3.0 Ton Diesel and Electric Forklifts is a 28.9-15 pneumatic tire or solid tire. The rear tires are 6.50-10 pneumatic or solid forklift tires.
• The front wheel of forklifts is exposed to movement, grip, slipping, and braking effects, so wear formation is very high, while the rear wheels experience wear due to friction with the ground during turning. (Except for Rear Wheel Drive Forklifts)

  • Solid Forklift Tires cannot make ground transitions as flexibly as pneumatic tires, so they create more vibration in the mechanical parts of the machine on uneven surfaces or rough areas, shaking the operator more.
  • Due to the structural nature of solid tires, their contact with the ground is very minimal, resulting in very weak grip. Their grip on ramps or wet surfaces is weaker.
  • The lifespan of solid tires is longer compared to pneumatic tires.
  • The price of solid tires is approximately twice that of pneumatic tires.
  • Special presses are required for solid tire installation. It is very difficult to find in rural areas. Pneumatic tires can be repaired anywhere there is an air supply.
