The Gulpack GLP-Y1 is a high-performance horizontal packaging machine designed for packaging bread and various other products, offering a packaging capacity of 30-90 pieces per minute. With two different packaging models—Moving Jaw and Reverse Moving Jaw—this machine is ideal for fast and efficient packaging of high, heavy, long, and multiple products. Made with food-safe AISI 304 stainless steel, it is CE certified, ensuring both durability and hygiene.

Moving Jaw Packaging Machine:

In this model, products are placed into the packaging using pallets in the feeding unit, and the wrapping process begins. Once the product is wrapped, the bottom sealing is performed using discs. After the bottom sealing, the product moves through the disc group and undergoes upper sealing with the moving jaw, resulting in pillow-type packaging. The packaged products are then transferred to a box via a conveyor. Product counting can be optionally performed for left-right boxes.

Reverse Moving Jaw Packaging Machine:

In this model, products are positioned in the package with the help of guide lines or logos to ensure proper placement. The wrapping and bottom sealing are performed with discs. The upper sealing is completed using the moving jaw, and the product is packaged into a pillow pack, transferred to a box via a conveyor. Product counting can also be optionally performed for left-right boxes.

Pillow Packaging:

Both models create pillow-type packaging, also known as three-side sealing. This packaging method is popular for its high-speed operation and low film cost. The compatible packaging materials include:
