Nowicki WL-3100P is a machine specially designed for the production of industrial-grade frozen "dry" ice flakes. Moreover, the evaporator self-defrosts and opens, making the maintenance process quite simple and quick. The machine offers a feature that allows hourly programming, and the automatic diagnostic system detects possible malfunctions and provides information about errors.

The machine's storage tank can be added optionally, and the amount of ice can be continuously monitored thanks to the ice level sensor. The UV disinfection feature of the water source ensures the use of clean water and guarantees hygienic production conditions. The automatic water drainage on the outside of the ice production room wall also ensures efficient management of water.

The ice parameters in the production process of the WL-3100P are quite advantageous. The thickness of the produced "dry" ice pieces is approximately 1 mm, giving them a large surface area. These ices are produced at a low temperature between -9 and -11°C, making them ideal for rapid cooling processes.
